If you happened to catch our previous post here at Baierl Ford, then you now know at least a bit about our marvelous midsize crossover, the Edge.

Not to be outdone, however, today we'd like to shift our focus to the Edge's full-sized sibling, the 2016 Ford Flex. And, just to keep things consistent, we'll have you once again pair up with Autotrader personality Jabari Jones. Hear what he has to say about the first-rate Flex in the clip below:

Stick with the base trim type and you'll enjoy a 3.5-liter V6 engine that's good for a generous 287 horsepower and 254 pound-feet of torque. A six-speed automatic transmission and front-wheel drive are both served up standard. An all-wheel-drive system, meanwhile, is offered as an option on the SEL and Limited models.

Step it up to the EcoBoost engine -- optional with the top-tier Limited trim -- and you'll instead receive a turbocharged 3.5-liter V6, complete with standard all-wheel drive. Producing a plenteous 365 horsepower and 350 pound-feet of torque, the EcoBoost is altogether exquisite.

For more information about this spiffy SUV, or to take the wheel of one, we invite you to swing by our Zelienople, PA showroom. Our seasoned staff is available to address your every question regarding the Flex, or any other Ford model throughout the current fleet.
