If you're hunting for a hot hatchback for your next vehicular purchase, we here at Baierl Ford would be quick to point you in the direction of ours, the 2017 Focus RS.

Wondering why we would?

Then, check the clip below. Here now with more on all things Focus RS is AutoGuide.com Road Test Editor Dan Ilika:

It is just beneath the nose of the Focus RS that one would find its main event, a turbocharged 2.3-liter four-cylinder engine.

Syncing with a six-speed manual transmission, the turbo-four makes a monstrous 350 horsepower and 350 pound-feet of torque. All-wheel drive is standard across the range.

We'd note that it does a pretty decent job in terms of fuel economy, too, as the Focus RS is rated at a respectable 22 mpg combined (19 city/25 highway).

To learn more about this sultry spitfire, or to take one for a spin, we suggest you set a course for our Zelienople, PA location. Our automotive aces are on hand to address your every query about the Focus RS, or any other Ford model within the current lineup.
